River stones are heated to 130 degrees. The stones are placed on the body as well as used in the hands of therapist to infuse heat throughout the massage. A warm delightful experience like no other massage.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: ($35/½ hr, $60/hr)
Fascia is the tissue covering the muscle. A spreading technique with special cream is used to stretch and release tension and or discomfort in affected areas. This technique is great for fibromyalga and chronic tightness in the upper back.

SPORTS MASSAGE: ($35/½ hr, $60/hr)
Deep tissue and stretching combined to relieve muscle tightness due to sports related activities.

SWEEDISH MASSAGE: ($35/½ hr, $60/hr)
General light to medium depth total body massage consisting of five different strokes to relax and destress the body and mind.
